12. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

For statutory cancellation returns, we will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned item or receiving valid proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

For other approved returns, please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for us to inspect and process the return after it is received, where applicable
  • 5–10 business days for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to complete the refund after we issue it

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

Zanvili cannot control delays caused by banks, card issuers, PayPal, or other payment providers.


13. Partial Refunds

Zanvili does not charge a fixed restocking fee for approved returns.

14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, payment, delivery, return, or refund, please contact us first so we can investigate and help resolve the matter.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may delay the resolution process.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may provide relevant order, delivery, tracking, communication, refund, and transaction records to the payment provider or financial institution handling the dispute.

This does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable United Kingdom consumer law or through your payment provider.


15. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed, provided the order has not yet entered processing.
